4. SMS Messaging Specifics
This section describes how we handle SMS messaging, in accordance with US carrier (A2P 10DLC) and TCPA requirements.
4.1 Consent (Opt-In)
By creating an account at https://concierge.robotbird.ai or by being added as a user by your tenant's Account Owner, and by providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Philo Home Concierge related to your property-management work. SMS consent is not required to use the Service via the dashboard, but is required for SMS-based interactions.
4.2 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the volume of work in your tenant. Typical users receive between 1 and 20 messages per week.
4.3 Carrier Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply, charged by your wireless carrier. Philo Home Concierge does not charge you separately for SMS messages.
4.4 Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Once you opt out, we will send a final confirmation message and stop sending SMS to your number. You may continue to use the Service via the dashboard.
4.5 Help
Reply HELP to any message to receive a brief summary of how the SMS service works and contact information.
4.6 Phone Number Privacy
Your mobile phone number is used solely to identify you within your tenant organization and to deliver Service-related messages. We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing.
5. Data Sharing and Third-Party Service Providers
5.1 Within Your Tenant Organization
Other authorized users in your tenant organization may see your name, role, assigned properties, and work-related information (tasks, quotes, etc.) as required for their role.
5.2 Service Providers
We use the following third-party service providers, each subject to its own privacy policy:
- Twilio, Inc. — SMS messaging delivery
- Twilio SendGrid — transactional email delivery
- Supabase Inc. — database hosting and authentication
- Vercel Inc. — application hosting
- Google LLC (Workspace + Calendar API) — calendar synchronization
- OpenRouter — AI model gateway for the Philo agent
- Stripe Inc. — payment processing for tenant subscriptions
We have data-processing agreements with these providers requiring them to handle your information consistent with this Policy and applicable law.
5.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ITAM Atelier Inc., our users, or the public.
5.4 Business Transfers
If ITAM Atelier Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your tenant maintains an active account and as required to provide the Service. After account termination, we retain transaction records for up to seven (7) years to comply with tax and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

- Correction — request that we correct inaccurate information

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, which may have different data-protection laws than your home country.
